Where did the idea come from?
I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to write a book. I spent over 40 years cooking in kitchens around the world from quiet mornings in Mediterranean villas to the chaos and color of street markets in Asia. I’ve tasted, learned, and lived through every phase of food and flavor.
